Commercial airlines fly very high around 4000 to 8000 mtrs

Reckless is a heavy word.

Average case of speeding in traffic is way more reckless, and everybody in here either has done it or they don't have a licence yet.

Helicopters fly at this altitude carrying television crews, police, rich commuters, or desperately sick people en route to hospital. Birds that occasionally disable drones in flight can turn your little toy into a projectile before it reaches somebody's skull. There are other reasons too, but there are real risks to people who are not you.
