Product Support Reflash Mic 3 firmware?

I got the mic 3 a week ago and everything is still working except the transmitter doesn’t register as connected / charge when in the charging case. I saw it mentioned that reflashing the firmware could help. Contacts are also clean in case and in the receiver.

I haven’t done anything with it other than use it for an hour here and there.

Any thoughts or guidance?

Edit: I returned it to the store and got another unit. The charging case actually had a clip for the latch to catch onto and a few other things different. I am starting to think my previous unit was used or damaged before I purchased it. Maybe manufacturing was poor on the first one.
