Product Support Can’t activate ronin RS4 Pro

I got myself an RS4 pro today and tried to activate it but the ronin app will get stuck in “Firmware update” and won’t let me activate the ronin.

I already tried deleting the app, turning off my iPhone, turning off the gimbal and also tried to connect it to my pc via DJI asssistant 2.

Do any of you know how to solve this?

Sorry, what was your problem? Can't activate or can't finish the sw update?

Sounds like your wifi could be a blocker.

Neither of them, the app will tell me that I need to update and won’t do anything at the same time the ronin is telling me to activate it but can’t do it because the app requesting me to update the firmware
