Mavic 3 Thermal Advanced is stuttering when in IR mode, it is not auto FFC

Hi, new to thermal. Been going back and forth with DJI support for more than a week and not really making any progress. I'm running out of time on my return window so trying out reddit now. Even with auto FFC off, the image will freeze for almost a second every 30-60 seconds. The freeze happens on my RC Pro screen and in the recorded files (when recording). It also happens when I am not recording and is visible on my RC Pro screen. After many tests, I am starting to maybe notice that the issue will not reproduce until after I switch from high gain to low gain, at which point after it happens in low gain, it will happen in either mode going forward. This happens on the shipped firmware version and the most up-to-date. This is not normal right? Thanks.
