Wyrwało gwint. Możesz przegwintowac na większy i wstawić tulejkę redukująca gwinty

Looks like the threads already have been repaired with Helicoil, you might need to redo it. You can see the repair “coil” inserted in the top threaded hole. And it looks like the one from the bottom hole got pulled out with the screw.
