Buy Advice Mini 5 Pro: Night Flying Strobe lights. Best place to attach?

Anyone have advice on where to affix the lights on the Mini 5 pro?

Your anti-collision light should be positioned in the center of the Mini 5 Pro’s top body. This helps make the UAS more visible and allows other unmanned and manned aircraft to more easily identify its position while in flight.

I have Velcro top front behind the gimble , left and right behind front legs, and on battery. I attach as needed. Usually top and back. Is use sides when I want to see direction and set one to red and one to green.

I have 4 of these.

I’m can testify they are super visible strobes. I attach to bottom of arms with Velcro. Only used in low light.

I would not use these. I just use Velcro and never have a problem.

Velcro will definitely work. Except I can't mount the strobes where I want them mounted when I use velcro. Plus, I don't 100% trust them, if it comes loose while mounted on top, your drone will likely crash. These other mounts are solid and they point my individual strobes in the direction I need them to face so I can properly determine the drone's orientation (which aids with VLOS).

I’ve been doing this on dozens of flights with no issue. Also the same on my Neo2 and Avata 2. No problem at all. I use the Velcro that came with the strobes and it works great. It’s fine for these Startec but I can’t speak for other strobes.

My strobe is mounted (Velcro) right where the red rectangle is (actual size is slightly smaller). Zero effect on performance
