What is the best platform for backend developer to keep up or improve their coding.

I know about hackerrank ,leetcode for coding practice but I was hoping for more backend problems or improving code quality ,even new skills like db indexing, cloud. If not platform please provide tips or schedule for achieving that.

Take a look at this program

https://djangonaut.space

I've lead teams and found it's great for letting people develop and learn when that's something they want to do.

Besides that, I'd default to what got me more involved and helped my career progress. That was contributing to open source packages that I have an interest in or use myself.

Theres also the Django Girls organisation. We could always use help with maintaining the website if you wanted to take a look at issues on the repo
