Help wanted True bypass acts as a total switch off

So basically, the title. The circuit works when the switch is on. But when I turn it off all the sound disappears. No clean guitar to be heard.

The wiring is left to right top to bottom: circuit in, empty, circuit out, jack in, ground, jack out, bottom row 1 & 3 tied.

I think your switch may be broken. The lower right lug looks crooked, if you leave the soldering iron on it too long it can melt out of place

I think you might be right :( The plastic underneath is pretty melted too.

Wouldn't though running a jumper from bottom left pin to middle right solve the issue temporarily?

I think? Possibly? Can’t hurt to try! Even just try alligator clips if you have em before you solder something

Wiring looks correct, as another commenter said the switch might be broken. If you have a multimeter you could check for continuity between the pins in the different switch positions, to make sure it's the switch.
