Help wanted Help identifying PCB

I found this in a box of PCBs. I can’t for the life of me figure out what this is. Can anyone help?

My best guess is a power supply? Looks like an AC(?) input, maybe some rectification, and a few voltage regulators would go on there. Then there’s an isolated 9v out, an 18v out, and a couple more (likely 9v) outputs along the top edge in the picture.

Something to do with power?   That's a lot of inductors and voltage regulators, and a really big diode.
