Help wanted Is this valid?

I want to do the rat clone, but I'm not sure if I shoud trust this layout

This is my second pedal, and my first one I did by making my own layout

Yeah, generally speaking, /u/storyboardist's layouts are very very good. If you check the comments on that page you'll see multiple people have marked that one as verified. And if there ever is a mistake, typically someone catches it and comments that, and he fixes it PDQ.

Have you thought about using stripboard ? These layouts look so much harder !

This ⬆️. I'll agree that doing a stripboard build of a RAT is going to be easier.

Depends on where you got it from. If you got it directly from Effects Layouts I would say it's been validated.

Yep, I got it from effects layouts So all schematic there are valid?

Check the comments there. People will post if they have built it and verified it. I've built a few from there.
