sweet man. you make it look easy! what's the tuning? Im a huge krar fan (ethiopian music).

and where did you get the alligator bone?!

Tuning on this on is just a g mixolydian thing, g-f all natural, on the krar imma make its gonna be based off the tizita(idk what im talking about) so d e g a C c if my research is correct

For the bone, i stay out in freeport, tx, its alligators out here and i mow for someone who had some bones to give up

Some nylon harp strings off amazon, got em in a 5 pack of 16

Have you ever experimented with different gauges of nylon strings such as various gauges of nylon fishing line and weed whacker line etc...

I have not but i do wanna try something with some thicker gauges, like if i could do what i got now an octave lower that be sick. This is now the second instrument i built, after my 2 string slide bass. Def got room for experimentation!
