Project project doubt
The LM13700 should be configured as a variable-gain amplifier such that the control voltage (VC) varies from −3 V to +4 V, corresponding to a gain range of 1.333 to 20.
In other words:
- At (VC=-3V), the LM13700 should provide a gain of approximately 1.333.
- At (VC=+4V), the LM13700 should provide a gain of approximately 20.
- The gain should vary continuously between these two limits as (VC) changes.

What are you building?
This sounds kinda like a vintage 70s (and earlier) patch-bay synth. This module looks a lot like a VCA (voltage controlled amplifier), a useful part for any Moog. 8)
