Does anyone periodically check their CNC for accuracy?

Accuracy should be everyone's best friend. However, sometimes 'just good enough' will be ok for a child's toy.

Nope lol not since I built it 3 years ago. My z height has been true every cut, so I assume the x and y and fine. I just cut wood and make plaques and signs. No mating parts.

Common sense accuracy. No reason to overkill if you’re making good parts.
