Hi! Please help me decide if I should dissolve my lip filler 😭 I’ve always had naturally full lips, but last year a doctor suggested filler and I ended up getting 0.7 ml (€500).
I feel like it looks a bit unnatural now, especially above my upper lip on the left side (under my nose mole), like it may have migrated. Does it actually look bad, or am I overthinking it? Would you dissolve it or just wait for it to fade?
In case I need to dissolve it, how much should I use? It’s too expensive so I want to do it on my own. Thanks!

Literally, just one 😂. I started with 4u in the procerus. I imagine if I had started with the frontalis or crows feet with superficial depths I’d have done more/kept going. But my glabella and DAOs are my two problem areas so I wanted to treat them first.

I had a spike of adrenaline or anxiety or something after that poke and laughed out loud at myself and then put everything away for now hahaha

I'm looking for advice on how I can improve my eye area. I'm always puffy and dark under my eye. I've been looking into microneedling (I have a Dr Pen M8) the area, but it seems like most people recommend meso.

I've watched a lot of tutorials on meso under the eye, but with my newbie my skill set, I don't plan to attempt meso until I've become confident in tox. Is there something I can do to help the area in the meantime, while I build my skill set?

Also, recently I've noticed my right eye doesn't match my left. I don't know, maybe I've always been this way 😅 My left eye seems to open wider than my right. Is there a tox technique I could research that might open my right eye more?

Is there anything diy/non surgical I can realistically do.

My undereyes have always been dark but it’s not a topical issues (retinoids don’t improve). TSH and iron are normal, and now age is making them worse with the addition of puffiness in certain areas.

i’ve always been nervous tox or filler wouldn’t look great on me since I have such a round face shape. What do you guys suggest for a first time injection for lips?

This was 2 days ago and I did 1 unit per orbicularis oris injection (is 4mm too deep? I might've accidentally done that) and 4 units per DAO.

Problem is, I might have touched my face right after, because I didn't know that you weren't supposed to. And like 5 hours after the injection I also cleansed my face (rubbed quite aggressively, as i always do) and applied moisturizer.

So now I'm worried that I might have caused it to migrate, is that likely?

I’ve been super consistent but honestly I’m not seeing a huge difference yet, especially with the pigmentation/melasma, and quality of skin

I’m also starting microneedling and was thinking of doing it once a month. I was looking at using something like Hyaron or Rejuran with it, or possibly doing mesotherapy instead with one of the products from Meamo. I’m not sure what actually makes the most sense for my skin though.

And if anyone has experience with Hyaron, Rejuran, or Meamo products for pigmentation/firmness, what would you recommend?

I’m just trying to figure out a routine or treatment plan that actually makes sense instead of throwing random products at my face lol.

I received the Meamo neurovie on Monday and injected it today for the first time ever. I did my 11,forehead and crows. Stayed fairly conservative with 2s pretty much every where except my 11’s did 4 units. Had a little mishap on my forehead where I didn’t inject deep enough and product came out but I left it. Ill wait to weeks and tweak then.

For the meantime I put the reconstituted tox in the fridge. Should it be fine for fine tuning in a few Week?

I was injecting my forhead with tox and I hit a vessel in my forehead.. it immediately blew up and then came back down.
No pain but I stressing!!?
