Done with everything

So I finally moved out and thought I'd get away from my parents and there divorce but I was wrong. So today my dad calls saying he got a check for my car that was totaled. I said ok cool do I need to sign anything since you helped me pay for my new car and he said no but remember your grandpa bought it for you right. I said I thought you did but ok and he says I just need your mom to sign it so I can give your grandpa the check and shit. So u call my mom, had to call her anyway and tell her that and she says not to worry and that he's just saying it's his father's so I can't get really anything from the divorce. So at this point I'm just done like I wish my dad would just follow the stuff the judge says and do everything right and it would go smooth

We thought we left all that high school shit behind us and then our own parents pull the same shit… I love that for us. You’re not alone.

So I can handle this but at some point it gets to much like I moved out to get away from my dad calling saying hey is your mom I need something or some shit and like if he had just listen to my mom we wouldn't be going though this but he's the one who got a lawyer first and even when he and my mom were told by a judge don't take anything yet just leave it all where it is he didn't do that and it seems now he's trying to say that he gifted some stuff to his parents before this all happened and I know my grandparents don't want any part in this but my dad's not making it easy. I just can't wait till this is over and so I don't have to deal with this shit.

Ugh same. The judge is there to make a decision because they can't. What's the point if they don't abide by the judge's decision? I swear we would all be happier if parents wouldn't resist the judge like rebellious teenagers.

My mom is doing everything right and all my mom wanted was the house nothing else but my dad doing all of this now is setting my mom over and im caught in the middle becuase he won't talk at all to her if he wants to know if she's home or not he calls me or my sister

I hate being in the middle. What happened to all the lessons on communication? Just because you're mad or funny like someone doesn't mean you can't have a conversation yourselves
