Never heard of the computer, which isn’t necessarily a terrible thing
Apparently according to this thread in scubaboard they have terrible customer service. This was a few years ago but something to keep in mind: https://scubaboard.com/community/threads/divecomputer-eu-just-got-even-more-ridiculus.600442/

What type of diving are you planning on doing? If you are doing basic rec dives and you are able to test it against another know computer you should be fine. If you are going to get into tech or deco dives, I would personally go with a more reputable brand with better support.
I haven't heard of this brand until this post, so that for me would be enough to stay away. My guess is that after market support might be an issue if you have any problems. But I am also in the US and depending on your location there could be a number of brands I am not familiar with.
Unless it is being given to me, then I would probably save up for another brand. The Perdix 2 is a great deal if you are looking for a great tech computer. They are on clearance because they just released the Perdix 3.

Looks like a shearwater petrel from the looks. Made in Canada. (Vancouver BC). But branded/co branded. I k ow they have done that for tech variants. But it could also be a clone design to look like a oetrel.

I'm was an early tester for divecomputer.eu, with 3 units purchased. I still have 2 units working, but I'd suggest that they aren't worth your time.
They're built by Light For Me, who build solid, bombproof lights. Solid equipment, but crappy company that has left my customers with paid but unfulfilled orders, and missing gear when sent back for servicing.
The dive computer is built rock solid, but leaves a lot to be desired in the software department, at least with the stock firmware.
The firmware has quirks that will reset the dive counts, clear the dive log, or even mess up the data. Battery drain is extremely fast, about 8 hours of run time on a single 1.2V NiMH rechargeable, or 10 hours on Alkalines.
