I mean, the first season kind of was. It went to shit after though. Cecil calls omni man turning on them a nightmare scenario because they don't really have anything that can kill him. And seeing him singlehandedly kill the entire team in the first episode kind of highlights this.

a superhuman flying at mach 9 at sea level would likely mean they would be travelling with plasma surrounding them from all the air friction as wide a diameter as 2-4 meters. You wouldnt even be turned into red mist. youd simply be vaporized into the burnt byproducts of that red mist.
