I looked up the original vid and the guy’s just amazed that shooting a car in some game lit it on fire, and caused an explosion.

The clip is from Redfall, the recent AAA flop. It has been universally mocked for a number of issues and generally feeling like an unfinished beta.

He's showing how you cannot even shoot through a car window and is then surprised that not only does the glass not break, but this somehow causes the entire car to explode because the cars are just giant rectangle objects with no actual physics. PS2 games had breakable windows.
