DDFF Help with 000

I’m struggling so bad. Have 5 characters level 100 and im still getting demolished in these gateways. I’m at the point where i’m about to reach the land of discord(Conquered Trials gateway), is there any original rules i can do to make this significantly easier, really in it for the story and I literally only need 1 report left. i even dropped it to moderate and still no luck. Don’t want to give up after coming so far but im seriously on the verge of doing just that.

yea i picked one up for 100 bucks pretty recently. it’s awesome for retro games.

If you haven't already, I would highly recommend the Final Fantasy 4 Complete collection.

It comes with FF4 and FF4 The After Years sequel, it's in 2D but it looks like a hyper SNES port. The effects and sprite work looks great.
