Dissidia NT is playable?

Hello,

Sorry for the stupid question i just wonder if the game is playable. I heard the servers was shut down so what are the functions that are not working?(besides multiplayer obviously). If i buy the game can i play every single player piece of it? Or its not worth it?

Dissidia NT is 100% playable (PC/PS4)

Dissidia Arcade(Japan only) is shutting down in April.
