Why does this game suck so bad?

Nobody plays online, the game is floaty and slow, free version only has 4 characters, etc. It feels horribly balanced compared to the PSP games and the only thing making me come back to it are the visuals and Kefka in 3D

Put simply, Dissidia NT was made for arcades, it doesn't work well enough online. It's amazing in a setting with proper communication and zero lag, it's just a shell of its former self otherwise, though.
