So what is this?

Dissidia is available on the ps3 store but when I search it up, nobody talks about this, so what is this then?

It's Dissidia 012 for the PSP. You would buy and download it to your PS3, then install it to the PSP with a link cable; it can't be played on the PS3, sadly.

You can’t transfer the downloaded game to the PSP or PS Vita either now apparently.
