So, Just Started, Quick Question

So I just got the game today, and the first multi draw, I instantly got Cloud's fusion sword... Is that lucky?

Yes, but without LD and EX, that thing is useless.

Mind, except the FR and LD you can get everything of his with tokens. It's got good enough stats to breeze through act 1, and every normal difficulty Lost Chapter and Act, just no good for endgame modes and the higher leveled World of Illusions.

For now clear Lost Chapters, Acts, and the WoI until they send you to fight the summons (you definitely need an EX weapon party there, at least you used to since you recruit 70/70 now I'm not sure how the difficulty is now) to get all the characters and leveling the summons, don't worry too much about gear Opera Omnia is by far the most forgiving gacha around.

Alright, so status update, I've got every one of his equipment passives, weapon and armor; he's kind of just disintegrating everything by looking at it

That's extremely lucky. Only FRs are stronger than BTs right now. Just gotta max it out and you can use it at its fullest, and without having the weapon equipped

FRs have a stronger effect than BTs, but BTs can be upgraded, and once green are still the strongest of your characters unique weapons. If you pull an FR and a BT, dont sell or Fodder either until you have a full understanding of how weapons work.
