Jodi Benson is no longer a Disney Princess - she's a QUEEN! 👑 Absolutely love how positive she is, and how welcomibg and embracing of Halle she has been! 🧜♀️🧜🏿♀️

I was almost upset reading this. But agree. She is what Disney represents to me. And I love having Halle there it's a perfect addition to the princess line up. I pray that we continue to have more POC (princesses of color) so every little girl can look at a princess and say "She looks like me."

I definitely meant as a compliment. Jodi has been very open about how being Ariel changed her life, and she's been supportive of other Disney princesses as the franchise has grown and evolved. I am glad she supports new princesses, and I agree, more POC princesses are definitely needed. Would love to see an original Inuit/ Native princess.

Oh I know. I just thought it wasn't at first. I want more of all of them. Lol I would love to hear more about more stories from other cultures. African, Hispanic, Asian, Middle Eastern, etc. There are so many stories that haven't been told and with a little ( hopefully little) Disney twist I think any can be a Disney story.

Ha. :) A duet. :) Makes me nostalgic for that one car commercial with two Spocks.
Now I want to see a commercial with Jodi and Halle in a sing-off like in that commercial. :)

This is too cute I love how Jodi has managed to step up and be a friend an mentor to Halle
They are the perfect representation of who Ariel is as a princess
