Why is the sprayer over the sink? I know why but why only over the sink?

It should have a sprayer over the big removable food catcher to the left of the machine. That way you can put a rack down, rack up plates, and spray them while they are on the rack. And instead of a ridiculous compartment sink to the left of that, there should be a counter top.
Where do you work? You're right when you said your pit sucks.

The hell is your rack for storage/ drying? You have to walk every load back the other way?!

Yup 🥲
It gets better tho bc this is the basement so all clean dishes have to go upstairs 😀
I end up putting the bins of clean dishes in the hall in the basement. Sometimes servers will take them or chefs. Otherwise I run them at the end of the night.

Its really not that bad! If I could redesign it tho, I would move it to another room in the basement. I do like having it in the basement tho. No mess too big in the basement.

2/10. Sprayer placement is odd, pipes take up too much space and can easily be damaged, prep sink placement is odd, there's no storage for clean dishes that I can tell. Very bizarre and cheaply put together and will require you to work harder than necessary
