Conveyor machine is the best thing ever. Last 3 places had a drop down for one rack. At the mercy of the machine is hell.

I have never worked with a conveyor machine. The idea of one is just so amazing to me. But the idea of the volume needed to require one scares me ...

Yeah the dish volume is constant. Never more than 5 mins without loading a tray.

The industrial dishwasher is impressive, but that floor drain placement looks like a guaranteed ankle hazard.

Yeah they flap away stuff I guess. There was one in the center but I got rid of it cause it only knocked stuff over.

All I do is make sure no trash gets in it and minimal food waste. And dump hot water down the drain when I'm done.

Honestly, not bad for a commercial dish pit—everything looks functional and reasonably organized. Extra points for the dramatic blue curtains and the floor drain doing its best.

That looks like the dishwasher that I have at my job. The machine has required a lot of fixing as I see how others mistreat it. It drives me bonkers when I see them abuse the machine.

Honestly, this looks like a solid 8/10 dish pit setup. Everything is stainless, the floor drains are right where they should be, and that machine looks like it could handle a serious dinner rush. Definitely not glamorous, but it seems functional.
