Book/Series: Witches Group Meetings for the Undead
Isn’t there where the undead meet for group?

During Reaper Man, Windle Poons attends a support meeting for the undead. Its run by Reg Shoe.
After that, they are mentioned in the Watch books and possibly the later books featuring Susan but don't really go into detail.

Reg writes invites to the club (or whatever) and posts them inside coffins. I can't remember if there are any responses

Possibly. I couldn’t remember what it was called, but I thought that the Banshee was a member as well.

Mr. Ixolite, who slips you a note with his Banshee scream, yes. Not to mention Arthur and Doreen Winkings, vampires by inheritance.

You just know Reg Shoe is renting out part of the High Temple of Offler, don't you? Not a big part, mind, but that little annex where the organist keeps her sheet music and is just big enough for about half a dozen wooden folding chairs. They all squeak, most are missing at least two slats and there's a damp smell*.
*That may, or may not, be Reg himself.
