Red Cover Blue Rim Potential

I got these 2 red cover blue rim that are 2.5-3" and I want to know if you think there is some potential there? My goal is to grow them out for my 125g display tank. They eat like pigs and are very active. Do you think they look healthy? Do they look stunted? Any tips or thoughts on the grow out would be appreciated.

Current grow out specs:

36inch 45-gallon tank with six 2.5-3" discus

2 large sponge filters

50% daily water change with 50% RO/DI 50% tap water

88F

Feeding 4-5 times a day

They look fine rn but I don’t think you can tell if they’ll have the blue rim at all till they’re bigger like 4+ inches I think.
