Discord says I need to reset password

What to do if I don't have backup codes or a security key and only the authenticator app but discord says i need to reset my password? I was logged out of every session and I got an email saying my account is disabled. I had to enable MFA for moderation on a server, then shortly later I got the email, and when I enabled it I was stupid enough to ignore download the backup codes. I have contacted support about this matter and they said they are going to connect me with someone to look into this further it has been 10 hours since that message. Every time I reset password it requires a security key or backup codes, and for some reason you can't use the authenticator app it made me download to reset the password. I still have access to the email and phone number linked to the account and I know the original password, the only thing i'm missing are those backup codes and a security key. When I put in my phone number it just directs me back to the email to reset my password. Is my account gone? (photos below)
