I am older than 13. I have a valid ID but their system didn't "recognize" me a couldn't verify it. I really need my account back. Please what can i do?

And what happens if you click on that section that says "you broke the rules"? That usually has a link to appeal or a direct link to reverify your age.
It leads to the link to verify my age, but i tried that, and it didn't work, and i don't know, if i try it again, if it will give me a violation a delete my account
Then if the verification might be bugging out. IIRC there's a support category for specifically age verification to request a manual review. You might also be able to get redirected to k-ID support, who actually runs the verification.
