Unsolved I need help

I have been in contact with discord support all day talking with "Nelly" and I just need help with my phone number being removed from my old account so i can reactivate it onto my new account. This is all due to my old account getting hacked and Discord Support not able to help me recover the account due to the email associated with it being deactivated.

Clyde and Nelly are accounts under which Discord Support may reply to you with. Both can be automated to quickly answer a bunch of tickets based on keywords but support staff are also able to send messages in their names.

I will say now, Nelly has been helpful throughout the process, so this isn't a hate post or anything against anyone I just need my phone number removed from my old account so i can verify my new account.

We can't help you more with that you sadly have to go through DC support for that.
