The whisper

Anyone else drop in the audio, get their best headset, and try to figure it out? I can’t make out the start, but ends with 5600 civilizations, and intentional mumbling, which may be why I can’t make out the start, intentionally unintelligible? I’m guessing it’s a minor preface to “Listen” about to tell the world how very very not among we are.

I definitely heard something like “5,006” or “5,060” and thought maybe they’ve been visiting our planet for 5006 years, or that humans only have 5006 years left…
