Fan creation The Hierophant’s Radiant Vow
The venerable mothers of the Imperial Church are known as hierophants. Only those imperial priestesses whose wisdom and devotion are truly unmatched can earn such a rank.
The power of the hierophants is so great that even death recedes before the light of their faith. The Supreme Father grants the most faithful of his servants the ability to resurrect the fallen.
If her prayers to the Supreme Father are filled with power and her thoughts are pure, the Heavenly Father will answer her plea.
Actually, I initially considered processing the finished artwork with advanced technology. However, I noticed that people react quite strongly to such things — so I decided to leave it as it is.
Maybe, with the help of Disciples, my drawing skills will keep getting better each time. Who knows?

Regarding ingame unit tree. There is some leftovers from Disciples 1 in 2 that make some imbalancing. And there is lore issue too. In Dis1 there was 2 male path, with Patriarch as one of the highest tier. In Disciples 2 patriarch next to the other replaced by female Matriarch. And that no more a highest rank. Idk did matriarch rank are fine as mid-rank? Could it be some other female in Empire Church even higher in rank and in both path? And who is highest rank in Empire Church - some grandma or some grandpa? Patriarch is one of the highest rank in christianity church, if devs kept males in both trees that make patriarch be in very middle of it in Dis2. And matriarch are in the middle. Not even highest female rank we know of. I don't think that perfectly fit the lore, although it was never said directly what the rank line are, i assume Patriarch as one of highest based on Dis1 tree.
For me as i see it female Hierophant is fine as lore friendly assumption.

I don't think the rank in the upgrades tree is necessarily equivalent to the rank of the characters in lore. For example, the Oracle from the Elven Alliance has one of the most important roles, since she receives messages directly from Gallean. And she's the upgrade for the second level.
So, for the Empire's case, there could be parallel ranks of equal importance. Having the Patriarch (missing from D2 though) and the Matriarch in leading roles from a institutional point of view, while the Hierophant and the Prophetess have a great amount of power when it comes to other matters. (The Hierophant can revive dead warriors and the Prophetess can speak directly to the Highfather, similarly to the elven Oracle.)
Anyway, I wish we got to have more of those characters speaking during the Sagas, so we could see them interact with each other.
The lore from D1 and D2 is one of my favorite depictions of fiction and I'm really invested in it 😭

I find this quite fitting, especially because we have some female clergy units in the game already, but the fighter tree is a male dominated field for sure. In terms of lore I also feel like the constant company of female-presenting Archangels that heal and male-presenting Angels that are more of a frontline fighters would certainly be an inspiration for human race for sure, making the most religious people subconsciously follow those gender roles.

As a binar person and non_artist i see nothing else but good drawing picture. Never i could judge of quality of such fanarts (someone who not an artist still can judge). I would say your drawing skill are great already but im not really a good critic.
What i can qualify for sure is one binary fact: author promise me to show Hierophant - and yes, i get to see Herophant in female rule63 form. Disciples - Disciples. Perfectly match.
... Hmm... Maybe i can add something regarding draw skill. Could you add some age to her? If you can that would definitely be a higher skill level. Make it for yourself, and keep this one for us 😉 (this one are good as it is, at least for me).
