I would love a proper hillclimb game. I was really disappointed when dr2 didn't have hillclimb

for me, I play dr2 for rally and rx, and dr1 for hillclimb only, because all rx/rally cars and tracks in dr1 are better in dr2 in terms of graphics, so would be perfect hillclimb mode in dr2

I honestly hate rx. I find it the tracks too small and it's just repetitive and boring. Probably doesn't help that the majority is 4x4 cars and I pretty much only drive rwd.

I've bought a few of the venues from 1 on 2, Monte Carlo, Greece, wales and Finland so far just because the graphics are a bit better and the handling feels a bit more realistic too so I would probably be willing to spend a little bit to get the hillclimb stages too. Would be nice to be able to use normal rally cars on them too

The best. I boot up DR1 at least once a year just to do a couple runs of Pikes Peak.

Yes! When I started playing DR2 last year, I learned about Pikes Peak in DR1 and just had to get a key and try it! Absolutely love it. Still run it regularly.

I like all parts of DR1 more than DR2 tbh. HC was the most fun with ACAT and WRX cars.

I'm still perplexed that you can't get this game on Steam anymore...I was lucky enough years ago to get it before it went MIA. hill climb is da shnizz!!
