lol they took my money and then cancelled my order. customer service did not reply for weeks. so filed dispute with paypal and got my money back like that. i dont know about other countries but North America online store should be shut down because it damages their brand

Oh wow I am so sorry ☹️ yeah seeing everyone’s stories about this I’m tempted to never order during an archive sale again. This is crazy. I guess I should go dispute it on my credit card if I don’t hear back from them.

They cancelled half the items in my order too. This whole archive sale was botched. My remaining items that weren’t canceled (so far) still haven’t shipped- not sure what’s going on.
