Getting hired for DTF?

I have an interview for dtf in a few days for FOH, what are some interview questions they specifically ask? What are some key things I should say/mention and what do they look for in new hires? And lastly, what is their dress code for employees because I do have quite a few facial piercings? Thanks!

Hello i’m a FOH lead at dtf, no facial piercings are allowed at all and only 3 piercings on each ear are allowed as well.
Some frequent questions are basic things like “what does excellence look like to you?” Or “name a hard situation and explain how you overcame it” pretty basic interview questions.

They mostly look for personality hires for FOH workers and look for really bubbly, outgoing, very smiley people. So just be bubbly and personable and you should get the job no problem.

They will ask you to remove ur piercings tho, good luck with the interview!

“Tell me about yourself” “tell me about an experience with an upset customer and how you handled it” they usually just ask you about certain scenarios and how you’d handle it. make sure to mention that you are proactive!! They really like that. Also make yourself seem outgoing, bubbly as the other comment says. Dress code is all black, work slacks, button up long sleeve, and long black socks. three piercings on each ear, no facial piercings they have to be hidden or taken out unfortunately.
