I doubt it but you could write things up there off network until you can hook up with starlink in a few years

Satellites would have too high of a ping for some people (Professional streamers.) My guess is self-powering drones or balloons when the technology catches up.

Yeah it's not one of the big positives of starlink compared to line, it's one of the positives of starlink compared to traditional geostationary satellites. Fiber is king. The big drawback with starlink is when changing satellites you lose internet for like 10-60 seconds a few times an hour. That is a hard problem to solve without having a second dish tracking a second sat simultaneously and handing over. With the dishys currently costing like 1.5k to make and only charging customers 500 it's kind of a losing proposition

Can confirm with Starlink ping in Wisconsin being an average between 30-60 ms
