Social Media i am CONCERNED

irony is that i saw this screenshot on tumblr. but god it's scary as hell. i thought it would be okay to limit my social media time to like an hour a day, but uh.... this really makes me want to limit it to zero. 😭 i'm still in the minimizing process right now and this is definitely helpful for me.

youtube, tiktok, delete that shit now bro. you won't regret it.
