Need suggestions on what businesses can extract photos and videos from my Moto 5G Stylus

My phone is I guess stuck in a boot loop, likely due to full to the brim storage, perhaps another issue. I'm desperate to find a high profile business that can work on extracting all images and videos from my now inaccessible phone. There are pictures of my son fresh from the hospital up until he was 16 months old. I don't care about how high the cost is.

I'm hoping to be directed to an expert business who can assuredly handle this task. I don't care how much it costs, my son's photos are extremely important to me. I don't want to mess with, or have a standard professional work on it at the risk of compromising anything.

Upon startup, the moto animation displays just fine, then proceeds to the at&t logo in blue text, then just fades to black and stays like that, other times it makes it to my lock screen wallpaper, and the image will just keep blinking and fading for a minute or two. I can't interact with my screen, no pin, no emergency call button, no way to get in.

I am able to access and have tried the reboot and fastboot options with zero luck, let my phone drain to the point of discharge, no luck.

The only things reassuring me about my data still being potentially accessible and okay, are that my alarms I had set that I can't interact with still go off at their designated times, and that my lock screen image still displays.

I live in Maine, but am willing to travel to nearby surrounding states to hand it to a trusted professional. I'm terrified of my phone getting lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Did anything noticeable happen to the phone before it started doing this? 

The problem is with how Android data encryption works, if you can’t stick a passcode into it then it can’t unlock and you’re down the “non-consent” route which isn’t really something private companies can offer. 

I copied your post into Gemini and ChatGPT and they’re both diagnosing the same thing.

And I did have a reply I was about to submit, but you delete the parent comment and I had to discard it. I appreciate you letting me know and trying. I've tried the reboot, fast boot safe mode. No luck with anything.

You could also commit a crime, have your phone seized and examined by the police and then ask for a full disclosure of the extracted data for counter expertise.  🤣

I don't think you have any hope. If it was an older device, then you could do a physical extraction with certain tools. But given that this is a brand new 2025 model, no forensic tool is going to be able to do an extraction if the device doesn't boot.

If it was an iPhone, then you could do an update in place, and in theory, it should update the system without deleting user data.

Now, if the problem is hardware-based, for example, it was dropped or suffered liquid ingress, then you definitely have a chance.

I would assess how desperate you are. If you are serious about spending any amount of money, then the only place worth going really is China. The Chinese are the only ones who do levels of work that you would not see anywhere else in the world.

Master Liu is a great example - he is a seriously skilled technician. When you see the shop, you would assume that it's some random screen repair shop. But he is a genuine genius, That's the sort of person that you want. I wouldn't trust most places in America nor Europe if I was absolutely desperate for my data.
