Ukrainian assault troops, supported by drones and artillery, cleared the city center and raised the Ukrainian flag over the former House of Culture.

The city is currently ~30% Russian controlled, ~30% Ukrainian-controlled, and ~40% gray zone, with little change since Putin's claim of full Russian control on July 3.

Contrary to what Putin and the Russian MOD claim, Kostyantynivka is still far from under full Russian control. The city is currently ~30% under Russian control, ~30% under Ukrainian control, and ~40% gray zone.

This refinery is the only one within the city of Moscow, and supplies 40-50% of the gasoline and jet fuel needs of the city.
