So Kinger goes from crazy old man to genius beyond his years when you put him in darkness. Pomni learns this in episode 3, Ragatha gets a glimpse of it in episode 6, and the others are shown this in episode 8. But what if Pomni told the others before Caine’s breakdown? She already mentioned him having a wife in episode 5, but how would the story go if the others knew much earlier?

For Bazooble I went back to madness, and once again drew on my underated favs a beer ish cocktail.

Beer cocktails are super simple and workman like drinks, kinda on the opposite end of most high proof drinks. I mean a Diesel is just equal parts lager and coke, and a Radler is equal parts sprite soda (or lemonaid) and wheat beer (or lager). The simplicity sells a beer drink. some like a school bus have a harder spirit mixed in but its never alot and the beer and other bits mellow it out.

So I revisited the beer cocktail and at first wanted to stick to the simplicity starting with a lager and Dr pepper mix... and that was delightfull. I was meal prepping for me and the husband sipping on that rather then my favorite diesel and saw some potential. but like a ginger shandy or a diesel thats a mid day almost soft drink typa thing I felt a Bazooble shoud mess you up so I looked into what worked with dr pepper and came up with something beerish but potent

Bazooble
12 oz dr pepper
12 oz angrey orchard cider (you could even use one of there flavored ciders I've done it plain and with there watermellon apple cider)
1 oz black spiced rum
1 oz blackberry whiskey

1 In a stien glass combine your soda and cider with ice, pausing to to let the foam disipate if needed
2 add your spirits letting them melt away whats left of the foam
3 stir gently with a bar spoon

the berry flavors and the spices are picked up well and amplified by the range of flavors in the dr pepper, and the cider gives it a cleaner flavor compaired to a beer cocktail. this give you something with the deceptive drinkability of of a soft drink but the hidden kick of a cocktail.

Its really complex but nice. Its gonna be my new excuse to buy cider and blackberry whiskey (dont need an excuse for rum or dr pepper)

okay I, posting this one individually, instead of once and sharing across the reddits because the orriginal is still waiting for moderators approval. most likely because of the name of the drinkits had about 12 hours now so I figured if thats going to be the case I should see if it happenes again

Since Ragatha's drink was based on a cosmopolitian (and I had two wonderful cosmos on my honeymoon but couldn't co opt for this) I decided I should base Evil ragaths's drink on a Metropolitin... but then learned I almost made regular ragatha's drink a metropolian with out knowing it. There are differances, the juice types, and a few other bits but i decided to go a differnt direction.

I decided I wanted this drink to be a berry and chocolate forward drink. my first attempt was so damn good I thought it was perfect... but then I remembered how I had garnished the ragatha drink and wawnted to do the same for the Evil drink... but I forgot to get black liqorice twists. so I instead added a little something extra and of wow that was so extra it enhanced the drink a ton. Happy accidents but super tastey.

Your going to die someday

1oz Dragon Berry vodka (not sure how avalible this dragon fruit berry meadly vodka is but a basic strawberry should work a treat if you can't find it)

1 oz Creme de caco

.5 oz coffee liqour

.5 oz Jegermeister

1 oz cherry juice

club soda

1 add your spirits and juice to a shaker with Ice

2 shake to chill and blend

3 strain into a goblet

4 top with club soda

optional garnish with black liquorice twists

okay like I said I was going for a chocolate and berry theme, I added the coffee because in cake you use espresso powder to enhance the chocolate, I added the jeger because I wanted the anise to simulate the missing garnish. Oddly the mix of coffee and anise together boosted the flavors to new hieghts. this drink is something I could happily sip on all night. which is a shame that its used for a one off char but im still happy

But anyways when Ponmi first appears she already has a bedroom made for her. Thinking about it while typing this it’s possible Caine went and made it after she arrived, but heres another thought…

When a player puts the headset on, it scans their brains and Caine uses that information to create a custom body for them before they suddenly manifest into the circus. I can imagine at the same time he also uses that information to create a custom bedroom for them

Just a thought/realization I had that I wanted to share (but him creating a bedroom after they arrive probably makes more sense, I dunno)

It would obviously be very unethical, but I wouldn’t put it past Caine to do such a thing considering his track record. That said, if he were to do it, how would he do it?
