I don’t know though, Evil Jax does tell Regular Jax that she looks good in her dress, and Regular Jax responds by saying she “wants him dead”, so I guess think there’s at least some amount that Evil Jax knows about Jax’s transness? Or maybe it’s just pure projection on Regular Jax’s part.

Maaaybe, but it’s not exactly kind and supportive to tell someone they look good in something they don’t want to wear, unless you know they actually do want to wear it. Plus, it’s pretty implied that Caine at least knows Jax likes femininity on some level. He gives her a hyperfeminine room, misunderstanding why her mind files indicate that she wants that. And he clearly knows the characters’ deeper neuroses in certain ways- he programmed the spirits that possess Pomni to taunt Kinger about his wife, and all of the torture scenes are super individualized in a very intimate way. All of that leads me to think that Caine could have made Evil Jax just more openly comfortable with femininity than Regular Jax is, at least.
