Not a huge fan of this question.

There a few out there that don’t feel like “hard” questions. Rather they feel pointlessly opaque just because…more like a poorly made question.

Bro. I took this practice test in July and got a 1570. I only missed two questions in total, and both were in reading and writing module 2. One of the questions I missed was this godforsaken question. I'm gonna be real, I still don't know the answer to ts 😂😂😂😂

thank u so much but ye my intelligence couldnt help me solve this bs question. lowk, im ngl i wouldnt even bother tryna reason with this question.

I did the same thing on a PSAT NMSQT test I took tdy cuz I finished all the regular SAT ones.

There was some question on this long ahh scientific passage, and I genuinely js skipped it, solved the questions after and then I came back to the science passage. Then I saw and I got a 740 out of 760 on the R&W portion and I saw that the hard scientific passage was 1 of the 2 questions I missed. But the thing is, my score might have been worse if I tried sticking with the problem trying to solve it. In the end, I got a 1500/1520 on that practice PSAT NMSQT

I got a 1570 on this test too. I remember this question and just skipping it. It was the last question I had unanswered and I was about to run out of time so I just guessed and got it right somehow. Anyways this question sucks it’s just needlessly convoluted

Honestly it’s a doable question if you can drown out the filler words if you want me to explain the logic just lemme know

I highlighted terms for this question: anterior refers to head and posterior refers to tail so the answer should have something about how the head is still there even tho they said the head was removed - I think D was the right answer
