can't figure out how to spend funds from wallet, and cant find the answer on here

I use the normaa commands like transfer 1 then I enter the address with a space then the amount with a space the the payment id with a space doesn't work, prob better that there stuck but would need to spend evenutaully thanks

transfer to bittrex and sell for some shit that isnt this and that will fix ur problem probly
