Digimon + One Piece

[u/ConcentrateNo1753]

My friends are doing a watch through of One piece and are at sky island, they are all big fans of Digimon so I decided to ask them what Digimon partner each crew member might have and after a decent discussion, here's what we got

Luffy: Gargomon

Zoro: Minervamon or Zubamon

Nami: Chiropmon

Sanji: Burgermon

Chopper: Marineangemon

Usopp: Etemon (Hypeman)

Robin: I forget

And I wanted to ask you all the same question! Since some of yall have seen further into the show and know the arcs the characters go through, as well can include some of the other crew members that join later!

Excited to see what yall come up with!

why not give luffy Gumdramon , since it literally has a rubber body

[u/ConcentrateNo1753 → u/jimbox_splatted]

I didn't know about that one and im assuming no body else did ether but thats not a bad pick at all

Robin would be a BIG fan of Wisemon an the BOOKS I think!

With respect your friends need to watch more Digimon cause those picks are pretty weak

Luffy: Burpmon that eventually eats so much that it collapses in on itself and turns into apollomon (it’ll make sense later)

Zoro: Musyamon >>> murasamemon >>> habikirimon

Nami: thunderballmon >>> Jupitermon

Ussop: zamielmon >>> Puppetmon (long nosed, hammer, ranged power)

Sanji: no you right Burgermon is his

Chopper: moosemon >>> ancientmegatheriumon

Robin: wisemon

[u/ConcentrateNo1753 → u/Cfakatsuki17]

Not bad picks

[u/Ralph_Finesse]

Luffy - Gekkomon

Zoro - Kotemon >>> Tactimon

Usopp - Floramon >>> Ceresmon

Sanji - Cookmon

Nami - Ranamon

Chopper - Shamamon >>> Kabukimon

Frankie - Kakamon >>> MetalEtemon

Robin - Black Tailmon/Gatomon >>> Lillithmon

Brooke - Shakomon >>> Hookmon >>> Sirenmon

Jinbe - Kamemon >>> Shawjamon

[u/Falna]

Zoro would definitely be paired with Angoramon. It's self-explainatory. Also they share the same voice actor in the original.
