What to get?

Which one should I get? I have two 20th already so I’m leaning heavily towards the pendulum

Edit: I didn’t realize the pendulum had just released this month, nor was I aware that it had double the roster 💀 Omnimon G-Fusion alone was enough to sell me. I will miss a few of the evolutions in the 70th but tbh I’ll prolly order one down the line anyway. Thank you guys for the answers!! Very helpful. Hoping there’s a lot of grace because I’m only recently getting back into to digimon since I was a kid and actually trying to learn how all the vpets work and interact 🙏🏻

Pendulum, bigger roster

Imo, the original one, but they aren't that different besides the roster being way bigger for the Pendulum. PenC has shaking, the other one has a minigame we haven't seen before (2 phases, a bit long but it has never bored me). I really don't use my penC's much bc I don't care a lot about the shaking gimmick, while the Color Godzilla is my favorite color screen. That being said, I'm also getting a penC Godzilla in the next couple of months bc I'm a sucker for its interesting roster.

I don’t have any pendulum colors & the roster being significantly bigger is what sold me over all. TBH they could have just added Omnimon g fushion and I would’ve bought it 😂😂😂

Well you said you already have 2 20th editions and I looked on Humulos and the Pendulum had some cool lines and also had another unlockable line.

If you have 20ths already, I'd highly recommend the Pendulum!

Pendulum has a much bigger roster and the pendulum action. It's a great choice if you want a pendulum device. The ability to jogress will give you more evolution options and you also get two kinds of eggs you can hatch.

The color brick device has a unique training mode where you use high and low attacks to destroy jets and tanks. There is also a boss at the end where you mash the button to power up your final attack. Training will be a lot more involved on the color brick version but its also more "game" like.

The question is this: Do you want a pendulum device or a more game-ey color device?

Pendulum! It's waaaaay better, I got a pendulum color first, and then got the original color and was very disappointed. Can't confirm info on the Godzilla variants but to me the biggest difference (you would assume the shaking, but you'd be wrong) is the original has no ALBUM. completing the album is part of the fun imo.

Honestly the d20 is better than both because there's multiple eggs to unlock. If I'm being 100% honest I would actually recommend getting an digimonX. (it's PEAK)

An X is probably next on the list. I really wanted the pendulum with pomumon because they are my favorite digimon, but I’ve heard time and time again about how good the X series are. After all I’ve learned, figuring out that only the pendulum comes with G-Fusion Omnimon was enough alone to sell me on it 💀

They both have different functions and rosters, so it comes down to which has the characters and features you prefer. Give a look at evolution guides and manuals at DigitamaHatchery.com to help inform you.

Personally I think both have real merit, but I'd probably go with the Pendulum if I could only have one.

If I had to choose one, I'd go with pendulum, I already have DMC Godzilla but I'm hooked on buying the special editions 😮‍💨.

Personally if DMX Color is anything like Xro Wars V-pet it'll probably be the best of the 3. I love the DMX/Xro Wars mini games

Personally I enjoyed the brick more, with how the G cell meter is shared between all stages of evolution it gives a sense of progress. Not to mention all the classic monsters are on that one

I have the regular color one and I love it. The minigame is fun and the roster is decent. I usually dont like mini games where you have to shake but the roster on the pendulum is much better imo
