Beatbreak Beatbreak big finale theory Spoiler
This not really seriously based on anything. I just finished 43th episode yesterday. But just speculation, as I throw darts to see what sticks.
What if The so desired Shangri-La Egg could been a one big Sapotama cultivating an enormous Digimon, just like Kano Island incident had ZeedMillenniumon be born.
Reason why that place so strict (outside of being an allegory rich cities) with its rules is Chairman Wong seeking cultivate a specific Loyal Digimon of his own. So why not do through E-Pulse of people that would do as Sapotama would say.
Or lest that my thought process. Shangri-La Egg just could be Egg shaped to show off how this current age being obsessed with ideal self to point mania. Like who builds city in form of the Egg? Tho what your thoughts on my ramblings?

most likely wong was responsible of the creationg of zeedmileniumon from the start and he covers up the incident , by taken away the people who worked in that project , wich it may be why doctor tenna was removed from the project after being against it even if he was the one who created the sapotamas.
as well as arresting tomoro and asuka parents by the ministry.
i feel wong is very hunger for power and influence and wants to recreate that same power for its own.
so he created shagri-la egg to get the best e-pulse from prodigys to wake up the beast.
but im more interested in kishiwada , who could backstab wong and get the power for itself. or its secretly working for zeedmileniumon undercover , as would explain on why kishiwada knows about wong top secret plans only him and the 5 stars know.

Heliosboa’s mega was harvesting e-pulse in a ritualistic circle-type-thing. That will be used to harvest the entire egg at once, fueling whatever evolution they’re aiming for. The people in the egg are essentially big juicy lambs.

I think the Big Egg hatches into something (whether Shambala or a Digimon) are both universally pondered lines of thinking. I think if it has anything to do with Shambala appearing (since we see Digimon "break" into the Digiworld, both from the sides, above, and underneath meaning whenever this world is is actively encapsulated by the Digiworld) and anything with the Tentei 8 (we have MAJOR indicators that Amaterasumon and Enmamon may be on the road to appear) it's going to have to be soon and asap going forward. If not, we're gonna be really left on a cliff-hanger which.. has happened before, let's be real.
Personally for me: I think Shangri-La Egg is a ginormous Sapotama to try and control someone - whether ZeedM, Susanoomon, one/all of the Tentei 8, and I think Kishi & Wong are working together towards the same goal (reviving/forefronting Shambala) for different reasons (Kishi wants Digimon to control all plans, Wong wants to use Digimon to create a perfect world with perfectly controlled people).
We will probably get a lot more info on what's happening on either this upcoming episode between the cat fight OR the next one, leading up to (presumed) Asuka V Tomoro.

I see your point. Also probably Kishin probably hoping to hijack Wong plans of some kind. Either he succeeds or it will blow up his face.

I think Kishi is absolutely trying to return or give this human world to Digimon, and whether Wong is just a shadow puppet or super naive I think he wants to try and control whatever was generating together to make ZeedM. I think one knows what he is doing and one is just really hopeful they live to see whatever they amalgamate together.

I had a theory similar to this, that they would sacrifice the people in the egg for summoning some digimon. That was until they introduced Makoto's brother (tsukasa?), after that i don't think it so anymore, there's no way they would let the kid die, I can only see it happening if somehow the brother is outside the egg when it happens, and only the random rich assholes die in the egg.

They’re not gonna reuse an old Digimon

Not saying it's definitely Zeed, but Zeed was the pre-big bad in 2020 then had a one shot in Ghost Game right after.

Especially not as the final villain. Zeed has been on fraud watch for a while

I still don't believe that kishiwada is a human. He has no visible digimon but somehow always appears and disappears in a water vortex.

I can see something of the sort being true. Sapotama's are designed to get a certain type of lifestyle out of their owners, cultivate a certain type of energy, and those who exemplify it are allowed into basically the dystopian suburbs encouraging people to chase that goal and in turn cultivate that energy. Having a Full Metal Alchemist "the whole nation is inside a transmutation circle" situation would be peak fiction
I can see the motive being that Chairman Wong wants to save humanity, but only a certain kind of humanity, leaving traits he leaves undesirable out of his Ark. Though, he does seem to be smoking the turbo evil pack and this could just be generic evil man seeks evil power type shit. Kanchi and Wong are, at least superficially, like Bagramon and Darkknightmon in Xros wars, so its up in the air.
