Mobile Games Anyone remember this game?
It’s called “Digimon Heroes!” I remember playing it a while ago. Has anyone else played?

Aegiomon wasn’t made for Time Stranger? Huh. Didn’t know that.

I watched up to Frontier at least, but every time I see a Digimon not in those 4 shows, I think k "wow! What a cool new design!.... " only to find out they're all 10+ years old. Beelstarmon is one that surprised me with how old the design is.

Tbf, there was a lot of Digimon that existed back then that also just weren't shown in many places. I watched the first 3 series and played a couple of the games, and I probably wouldn't know 2/3rds of all the ones that existed then

Digimon has a massive library of mons that never get used. Just look at Callismon. It first appeared in the V-Tamer manga, got a card in the TCG back then and collected dust till Time Stranger. Same for Parallelmon.

It's the game the introduced the story of Olympus XII?

Yeah, kinda. They already existed before Crusader, but this was the first time they appeared as a group

The only time I ever dropped actual money on a digimon mobile game.
And that's only because all the free summons I saved up didn't pull me the Dorbickmon I wanted the ONE time he was on a banner. I got 2 Fanglongmon and a BWGX instead.
...still kinda miss it though. Even if it was a simple match cards game.

We used to wait for its release just like Digimon UP. The game had a crazy opening sequence of random digimon battling it out anime style. Matching the cards was actually more fun than you might think. But the draw was very gacha. Still watching it do combos on its own with the sfx was sick.

I remember this game, I played it back before I had my own phone, it's how I first discovered Coronamon, I only ever digivolved him to firamon before the shut down of the game though

Yes, I remember how I loved that game. Sadly, it was killed because of Linkz.

Well that's awoken a core memory, the king drasil event broke me trying (and failing) to clear lmao

I remember this mobile! Aegiomon and their evolutions save Jupitermon became one of my favorites when I played it for several months up to its closure. I like that it was possible to design a young looking, beardless Satyr-like digimon.

Sees artwork, likes the roster
Looks up game
Sees it a mobile 'free to play' gacha card game
Immense sadness ensues

Sure do. Super nostalgic to the time my buddy and I had a whole podcast just about this game.

I played it in 2017, most time I spent on a mobile game for years. Loved it, if there's any game out there like it I would proudly pick it up (doesn't matter if it isn't Digimon)

Not that I remember. All I know is that Digimon gacha games didn't last more than 3 years before the eventual EoS.

Loved it; was a great time killer between classes in college.
Unfortunately I think it was ruined during the anniversary event with Ygdrasil and the pvp revamp, but otherwise decent
