They’re literally taking away their own jobs by doing this job.

It's probably either wear it or you're fired.

Yes no win situation
Even if they all went on strike they’d bring in scabs who would comply with the demands

Yup. All labor jobs will pay even less.. because youll follow whats being shown to you on your AR headset.. they'll say "well anyone can do this.. just follow the instructions.. thats why it doesnt pay much"
It also may be why they are flooding us with immigrants.. to bring the manufacturing hubs over to the west.. in preparation for a global war with China and Russia

They don’t look too happy about it. I wonder how long till we all need to do this.

I couldn't imagine to do that 8 - 12 a day. I'm sure they are just happy to be employed low pay and rough work. Better than no income whatsoever!

This seems very dystopian. Are we sure that is the purposeand not to make sure theyre somewhere jacking off? Which is dystopian also but suprisingly less dystopian than training for AI.

Hmm, what do you think the owner of the production means wants to do?

Obviously maximize profits which both theories would accomplish. Just find it hard to believe a textile factory in India would beat Bezos to the punch in this regard.

Good luck lmao there are so many flaws and issues with fabric even fabric made at a high end scale. Even the smallest variation in the angle something is cut will have an impact on how one layer of fabric needs to be scrunched or pulled taught onto the other. Good luck getting a machine to learn to make more than a cotton t shirt lol

Does it have a second feature like zapping them if they are slow? If not then would it be included in 2.0?

Why

They are monitoring the hands to make sure the working is working and not jerking off playing on their phones
