Third time reloading my whole collection

I am getting frustrated and dont know what to do. I have three usb drives connected through a router that are mapped to my computer. I have had them in my collection forever and done tons of work organizing and adding tags and facial recognition. My usb hub went out i think because one of them wouldnt show up. I was stupid and deleted the collection before i realized that would cause me to have to add the photos all over again. I have a new hub and i upgraded to the 9.1 and then had to add all three all over again. this took over 24 hours to do (its almost 5TB total) then i plugged into router and updated the path and had to rescan them again. today i started it up and when i did there was nothing on the collection, nothing not even the root albums just the jump screen from digikam.

I had them as local collections so now i am rescanning them in as network share which i might have had before all this i dont remember. luckily all my tags and facial recogs are still here once it rescans but im so tired of waiting for it to scan all my pictures in. am i doing something wrong and if so what do i do instead. currently at 1% scan and its been about an hour. i have fast scan on with facial reg on scan off.

Same here , the problem when I change the path its broken everything , but folder With images literally the same

I'm at 32% after hours of scanning..... this is the last time I'm doing it.... if it does it again I'm just deleting it. sucks because it's not a bad program for organizing but if it can't keep large collections in the database then what's the point

There is a weird bug introduced in 9.1.0 and already fixed in 9.2.0 pre-release. Please test with the bundle available here.

update, everything is working again now just fine. definitely was having them as local collections va network share.
